Foxes will be all white on the road

All white: Andy King models the new kit
Leicester City will take to the field in a brand new all-white away kit for the 2011/12 season.

It marks a return to the Foxes' traditional away colours after a break of a decade, with a white strip last being worn for the sorry 2001/02 season in which the club were relegated from the Premier League under Peter Taylor and, later, Dave Bassett and Micky Adams.

In essence, the new away kit it a mirror of the home kit released in May, with a blue 'Manchester United'-style collar and piping around the ends of the sleeves. It shares the same white shorts, although kit manufacturers Burrda have also produced blue shorts should they be required for kit clashes with either the home or away kit.

The Foxes old away strip, the all-yellow kit worn last season, will now cascade down to be used as a third, alternate kit for the season ahead.

The new white away kit is available for pre-order from lcfcdirect.com and the Walkers Stadium Megastore.
